My experience at the hotel was a bit mixed. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, close to major roads for easy access but could use a bit more cleanliness. The service, specifically from Tina at the Front Desk, was excellent, but the overall friendliness was lacking. The dining options were a bit limited, and the hotel could definitely use some upgrades to match the price they charge. However, the staff did make an effort to make my stay comfortable and even arranged for a room upgrade, which was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but it could be a good choice with some improvements.
